Heart and Soul Family Health & Wellness was founded from a place of deep love and resilience. After the sudden loss of Bailey Bullock to cardiac arrest at age 16, his mother, Patrice Bullock, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, dedicated her life to preventing similar tragedies. In honor of Bailey’s memory, she established the Bailey’s Heart and Soul Foundation, which became the cornerstone of Heart and Soul Family Health & Wellness.
